He also gave many lectures at other Dojos in locals such as Nagoya University Aikido Club, Shonan, Takasaki, Fukuoka, Shiga, Hiroshima, Saga, Katsuta and Osaka. It is considered that he was very happy to have many sincere students of Aikido and he especially like to teach Aikido for young people as well as hi-level ones.
Memorial seminars of the age of 70
The age of 70 is one of the major distinctions of one's life in Japan. We often
make celebration of one's life. So I decided to held Special Memorial Seminars
of Seigo Yamaguchi for his celebration in Japan. It was my first job other than a
trainer of Aikido. The architecture of the dojos was very new and modern but they
hold traditional style and surroundings. Participants who agreed with this idea were mainly
Japanese but some other nationalities were included as well. Even some French
people came from France. Then precious recordings were left again.
Photos, videos and words of Seigo Yamaguchi
Lots of recordings in different media are available and I still have struggled
to file them and arrange them by using recent digital technology in my limited time,
besides many events. The volume of resources is huge, for example, even newly taken
photos of Seigo Yamaguchi; their numbers are counted more than 5000. I hope if I
could publicize them one day in near future.
